Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz / 220 g ground turkey
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp basil (chopped)
- 2 tbsp zucchini (shredded)
- 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 tsp green pesto

- Gather all ingredients in a large mixing bowl: ground turkey, minced garlic, chopped basil, shredded zucchini, shredded mozzarella cheese, green pesto, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined without overmixing.
- Form small walnut-sized meatballs from the mixture.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat, add a bit of fat, and place the meatballs in the pan carefully.
- Cover the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until golden brown, then flip the meatballs to cook the other side.
- Ensure they are cooked through and serve hot with desired sides.
Notes
