  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: Start by placing the shrimp in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the shrimp are well coated in the spices and oil.
  2. Preheat the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Skewer the shrimp: Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  4. Grill the shrimp: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Warm the tortillas: While the shrimp are grilling, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble the tacos: Remove the shrimp from the skewers and place them on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve: Cut lime into wedges and place them alongside the tacos.
