- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp: Start by placing the shrimp in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the shrimp are well coated in the spices and oil.
- Preheat the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the shrimp: Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Warm the tortillas: While the shrimp are grilling, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos: Remove the shrimp from the skewers and place them on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
- Serve: Cut lime into wedges and place them alongside the tacos.
