Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Begin by cooking the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain it and let it cool.
  2. Combine the fresh ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with chopped cucumbers, sliced Kalamata olives, halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese. Toss these ingredients gently.
  3. Make the dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
