Description
A quick and family-favorite homemade pizza topped with savory beef pepperoni, gooey mozzarella, and a perfectly crisp crust.
Ingredients
1 prepared pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced beef pepperoni
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
3. Transfer dough to parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.
6. Arrange sliced beef pepperoni over the cheese.
7. Season with oregano and garlic powder.
8. Carefully transfer pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated stone or baking sheet.
9. Bake 10–12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
10. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle with chili oil before serving.
You can use whole wheat or gluten-free dough for a healthier version.
Add bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms for a loaded veggie twist.
