Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken breasts.
- Add the broccoli florets and sliced bell peppers on top of the chicken and sauce.
- Drizzle the sesame oil over the ingredients.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks.
- Stir the shredded chicken back into the sauce and vegetables to combine and serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
For variations, consider adding crushed pineapple for sweetness or sriracha for spice.
