Description

Delicious and crunchy cucumber chips seasoned with a zesty ranch dip, perfect for a healthy snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp dill ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly, aiming for 1/8 inch slices.
  2. Mix the ranch seasoning, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Toss the sliced cucumbers in the ranch mixture until well-coated.
  4. Lay the coated cucumber slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. Chill the cucumbers in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C) and bake the cucumber slices for 1.5 to 2 hours if desired.
  7. Cool the chips on a wire rack and serve.

Notes

Use a mandoline slicer for evenly thin cucumber slices for the best crunch.
