Ingredients

- 4 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp dill ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly, aiming for 1/8 inch slices.
- Mix the ranch seasoning, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Toss the sliced cucumbers in the ranch mixture until well-coated.
- Lay the coated cucumber slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- Chill the cucumbers in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C) and bake the cucumber slices for 1.5 to 2 hours if desired.
- Cool the chips on a wire rack and serve.
Notes
Use a mandoline slicer for evenly thin cucumber slices for the best crunch.
