Description
Crispy fried chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy ranch dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla – the ultimate lunch or dinner wrap that’s quick, flavorful, and satisfying.
Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas
2 chicken breasts, breaded and fried until crispy
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
Optional: pickles or sliced avocado
Instructions
1. Warm tortillas slightly in a skillet or microwave.
2. Place lettuce evenly on each tortilla, then top with diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar.
3. Slice crispy chicken breasts and place on top of veggies.
4. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
5. Add optional toppings if desired.
6. Fold sides of tortilla in and roll tightly to form a wrap.
7. Serve immediately, cut in half if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, bake chicken instead of frying.
Add bacon or roasted peppers for extra flavor.
Wraps can be made ahead and chilled; warm slightly before serving.
