Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer the chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl.
  2. Add the diced chicken, avocado, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese on top in sections for visibility.
  3. Whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl to create the dressing.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving to keep it fresh.
