Description

Delicious soft and chewy cookies that combine the flavors of chocolate chip cookies with a rich, creamy cheesecake texture.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, mixing until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.
  8. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of dough onto it.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown and centers are soft.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
