  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a grill or frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Rest and Slice: Remove the chicken from heat, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  4. Toss the Salad: Combine chopped romaine with Caesar dressing in a large bowl and toss until evenly coated.
