Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked chicken and drained fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
