Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl: beat the eggs, then add buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Prepare the waffle iron by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or oil.
  6. Pour enough batter onto the waffle iron to cover the surface and cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
