Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 tbsp milk
2 slices bacon (or sausage patty/ham)
1 slice cheddar cheese (or American cheese)
1 English muffin (or 2 slices sandwich bread, toasted)
1 tsp butter or oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.
2. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
3. Melt butter in a pan, scramble eggs until soft and fluffy.
4. Toast English muffin or bread slices.
5. Assemble sandwich: bottom half of muffin, eggs, cheese, bacon, then top half.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
