  • 1 cup chicken stock

  • 1 cup parmesan (freshly grated)
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken with salt, paprika, and chicken seasoning.
  3. Sauté the onions in melted butter until translucent.
  4. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for one minute.
  5. Make the sauce by combining chicken stock, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, and cream in the skillet.
  6. Nestle the seasoned chicken pieces into the sauce.
  7. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
