Description

Delicious comfort food featuring roast beef and melted Swiss cheese wrapped in flaky biscuit dough, served with warm beef broth for dipping.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of biscuit dough
  • 2 cups of cooked roast beef, shredded
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1 cup of Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded roast beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  3. Flatten the biscuits to a diameter of 4-5 inches.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit and top with Swiss cheese.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Arrange the filled biscuits on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Heat the beef broth in a saucepan for dipping.
  9. Serve warm with the heated beef broth on the side.
