Description
A creamy, frothy pink lemonade made with fresh lemons and a touch of sweetness – the ultimate summer refresher for parties and hot days.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups cold water
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup grenadine or cranberry juice (for pink color)
Ice cubes
Lemon slices and fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, salt, and 1/2 cup water. Heat until sugar dissolves to make simple syrup. Let cool.
2. In a blender, combine lemon juice, remaining cold water, and simple syrup.
3. Add heavy whipping cream and grenadine/cranberry juice.
4. Blend on high until frothy and smooth.
5. Pour over ice cubes in glasses.
6. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
7. Serve immediately for a refreshing, creamy summer drink.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute whipping cream with coconut cream or omit entirely.
Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less sugar.
Can be made a day ahead; store chilled and whisk before serving.
