Description
Decadent, gooey hot fudge brownie bread loaded with chocolate chunks and swirled with rich fudge – the ultimate chocolate dessert for brownie lovers.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup hot fudge sauce, plus extra for drizzling
Optional: whipped cream or ice cream for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until smooth.
4. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
8. Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the batter, then top with remaining batter and remaining fudge.
9. Use a knife to swirl the fudge through the batter gently.
10. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are okay for gooey texture).
11. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
12. Optional: drizzle extra hot fudge and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
Notes
For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake and let cool in pan.
Add chopped nuts or caramel chunks for variation.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
