Tender and juicy roasted turkey breast infused with garlic, herbs, and butter. Perfect for holiday meals or family dinners when you want a flavorful main dish without smoking a whole turkey.
Ingredients
3–4 lb boneless turkey breast, skin-on
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional: fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Pat turkey breast dry and rub the herb-butter mixture all over the skin and under the skin.
4. Place turkey breast on a roasting pan, breast-side up.
5. Roast for 1–1.5 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Remove from oven and let rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer for best results.
Let the turkey rest to keep it juicy.
Can be served with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or stuffing.
