Ingredients
2 bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
2 tbsp granola
Optional: mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or raisins
Instructions
1. Peel the bananas and place them on a cutting board.
2. Spread a thin layer of peanut or almond butter over each banana.
3. Sprinkle granola and any optional toppings evenly over the nut butter.
4. Roll the bananas gently and slice into bite-sized pieces to resemble sushi rolls.
5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.

Use firm bananas to prevent them from breaking.
